What information do you need to provide?

You will need to provide the following information and documents to support some of this information:

The dates you’re planning to travel to the UK
Where you’ll be staying during your visit
How much you think your trip will cost
Your current home address and how long you’ve lived there
Your parents’ names and dates of birth (if known)
How much you earn in a year (if you have an income)
Details of any criminal, civil or immigration offences you may have committed
Travel history for the past 10 years
Your employer’s address and contact information
Details of the financial sponsor of your trip
Name and addresses of family members in the UK

What are the requirements?

To be eligible for a UK Standard Visitor visa, you will need to prove that you meet the following requirements:

You intend to come to the UK for a short-term visit (a visit of less than six months).
You intend to leave the UK at the end of your visit.
You have sufficient funds to financially support yourself and your dependents for the period of your visit
You can pay for your return or onward journey and other living costs during your stay.
You will not live in the UK by making frequent or successive visits to the country.

How long would it take?
